Gift Certificates

We offer two ways that you can purchase Gift Certificates. You can either purchase a Soap by Judy Gift Certificate or a Paypal Merchant Gift Certificate. The descriptions and the buttons are below. Please read the descriptions carefully.

1) Purchase a Soap by Judy Gift Certificate

- The recipient does not need to have a Paypal account to redeem this Gift Certificate.

- The buyer of the Gift Certificate can either purchase it online through Paypal with the button directly above, or they can send a check with an order form to purchase a Gift Certificate through the mail. 

- To purchase a Soap by Judy Gift Certificate online with Paypal, click on the purchase Soap by Judy Gift Certificate above and select the denomination desired. (For other denominations please contact us directly, and pay through the mail - as directed below).

- Orders for Gift Certificates purchased by mail can be for any amount.

- Indicate whether you would like a PDF file of the Gift Certificate emailed to you or a hard copy sent to you through the mail. When the buyer purchases a Gift Certificate online or through the mail, Soap by Judy will send the buyer either a  PDF file or a hard copy of the Gift Certificate (which ever they choose). If the buyer chooses to be sent a PDF file of the Gift Certificate they can can then either print it out and give it to the recipient or they can email the PDF file to the recipient who can print it out.  If the buyer chooses to be sent a hard copy of the Gift Certificate it will be sent to them via the US Postal Service, and the buyer can then give it to the recipient.

- The buyer can indicate the name of the recipient (60 char. max.).

- The buyer can indicate a short message (60 char. max.) to be added to the Gift Certificate.

- The Gift Certificate will have a number on it good for only One (1) redemption.

How to redeem the Soap by Judy Gift Certificate:

 The person redeeming the Soap by Judy Gift Certificate would visit our website, and make their purchase by printing out a the mail-in order form (NOT online through Paypal). They must send the Gift Certificate in the mail with their mail-in order form.

2) Purchase a Paypal Merchant Gift Certificate

- You can purchase a Paypal Merchant Gift Certificate to be used to purchase merchandise on the Soap by Judy website using the button above. The purchaser of the gift certificate does not need to have a Paypal account, but in order for the gift certificate to be redeemed, the recipient must have a Paypal account or sign up for one to redeem the Merchant Gift Certificate.

- First the buyer clicks on the Paypal Gift Certificate button above and then the buyer enters the details in the screen shown.

- After filling out the details on the screen, the buyer clicks the "Buy Gift Certificate with Paypal" button. and proceeds to verify the information, and then goes on to pay for the Gift Certificate with or without a Paypal account.   

**Please Note**

If you are not sure who you want to give thegift certificate to, or if you plan to print it out and personally deliver it, then do not include a recipient's email address when you are purchasing the Gift Certificate. If a recipient’s email address is indicated on a Gift Certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address. If a Gift Certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date. Please make sure that you have the correct email address of the recipient if you choose to use one.

- When a Gift Certificate is delivered to the recipient, instructions are given on how to redeem the Gift Certificate. Recipients must have a PayPal account or sign up for one in order to redeem their gift certificates. This safeguard is intended to protect all parties involved.

- An emailed Gift Certificate will have a "start shopping" link, and a hand delivered Gift Certificate will have a redemption code that will match the redemption code on their Paypal account's redemption page. 

How to redeem your Paypal Gift Certificate:

1. Go to www.soapbyjudy.com
2. Select PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your account. You must have or register for a PayPal account to redeem this gift certificate.
3. When prompted, enter your gift certificate redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your gift certificate.
