Noni juice is derived from the fruit of the Morinda Citrifolia tree which is native to Southeast Asia and Australasia. It is said to be very healing for the skin and has anti-fungal properties, and has long been used by Polynesians. It is said to help rejuvenate skin cells by restoring and repairing them. We add in Acai Berry Powder too because it is high in anti-oxidants which can be beneficial to your skin. The Acai Berry is an inch long reddish purple fruit that is harvested from the Acai Palm Tree (Euterpe Oleracea) which is native in South and Central America. The Acai Berry is related to the cranberry, blueberry, and various other darker purple colored fruits, hence it's anti-oxidant bearing properties. Anti-oxidants have been found to be useful in preventing disease, and definitely help the skin repair and rejuvenate.

This bar is lightly scented with Ylang Ylang and Orange since the scent of Noni Juice is somewhat pungent on its own.  The Acai Berry powder delivers a little exfoliant too.
